Planner/Scheduler Admin Assistant
Ernst & Haas Management Company has an immediate opening for a Planner/Scheduler Admin Assistant with a strong emphasis in Customer Service.
This position assists Property Supervisors in maintenance and repair of buildings, and property as needed. Oversees and coordinates daily operations of the maintenance, vendors and major maintenance projects, which includes constant communication with property supervisors, property assistants, vendors and property owners. Maintains inventory of keys, signs and other maintenance equipment stored in office. Coordinates communication with and work of outside contractors. Monitors and maintains proper inventory levels; authorizes purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Ensures that property is in compliance with all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations.
The successful candidate must have two to four years related experience; bilingual a must; basic knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; commitment to excellence and high standards; ability to work with all levels of management; and an ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Marketing Coordinator
Ernst & Haas Management Company has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the marketing department, including but not limited to daily operations of property listings, website content and company newsletters. This position serves as a liaison expert for our properties, and is responsible for posting all vacancies and for responding to all inquiries regarding our properties. In addition, this position will plan and coordinate employee events and activities. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be required to be detailed-oriented and well organized on all tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have prior experience writing newsletters, very computer savvy, as well as knowledgeable with the internet and social media networks. Successful candidates must possess excellent communication skills (oral, written and computer), a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a strong sense of professionalism, enthusiastic and the ability to work within a team. As well as exemplary customer service skills. Experience with AppFolio and ShowMojo software(s) are a plus.
